As an official auction house, JBA Indonesia is registered with and supervised by the Directorate General of State Assets under the Ministry of Finance.

The first step is to contact the JBA Indonesia team. You can reach us by phone, email, or visiting the nearest JBA branch.

Once you decide to use JBA's consignment services, the next step is signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) or cooperation agreement.

The JBA team will conduct a thorough inspection of your vehicle. This process includes checking the physical condition, engine, document completeness, and ownership history.

The inspection results will be used to determine the recommended base auction price. This base price is the minimum amount that can be set as the starting price for the auction.
5.
After the inspection is completed and the reserve price is set, your vehicle will be scheduled for auction. The JBA team will provide details regarding the lot number and auction schedule.
6.
Once the vehicle is sold at auction, JBA Indonesia will process the payment of the auction proceeds to you. This process is completed within a maximum of six business days after the auction ends.
